Schardt Cattle Co. currently has Fullblood and F1 Wagyu beef available. Our Wagyu has been raised without growth hormones, & fed an all vegitarian diet. Our Wagyu beef has been dry aged for 21 days at a USDA inspected facility & is currently being processed into individual cuts. Please call or message for pricing. Our 1/4, 1/2, or Whole Carcasses

Schardt Cattle Company is proud to be offering Certified Akaushi Beef for sale, typically offered at only the finest restaurants.  Akaushi genetics were originally imported to the US in 1994, we feel fortunate to have aquired some of these rare genetics since the Japanese Government banned the export of Akaushi and declared them a living national treasure in 1997.
Our Akaushi beef are sired by one of our superior quality full blood Akaushi bulls selected genetically for their marbling ability, fat composition, and tenderness.  Crossed with our SimXAngus cattle, they produce a fine flake highly marbled product with excellent taste.  Our Akaushi beef cattle are raised free of any growth hormones on our family farm from birth to harvest in Southeast Nebraska.  They are harvested locally in an USDA inspected facility and dry aged 14 days to provide the most tender beef, cut and packaged to your specifications.
