Schardt Cattle Co. currently has Fullblood and F1 Wagyu beef available. Our Wagyu has been raised without growth hormones, & fed an all vegitarian diet. Our Wagyu beef has been dry aged for 21 days at a USDA inspected facility & is currently being processed into individual cuts. Please call or message for pricing.
